Google fires researcher who claimed LaMDA AI was sentient
Blake Lemoine went public with his claims last month, to the chagrin of Google and other AI researchers.Lemoine, who most recently was part of Google’s Responsible AI project, went to the Washington Post last month with claims that one of company's AI projects had allegedly gained sentience. Eine bessere Promotion für ihre AI hätte sich Google gar nicht ausdenken können, wer weiß also, was hinter dieser Sommer LEMON steckt, vielleicht ja eine perfekte Werbekampagne inkl. Werbebudget für den Ausstieg für einen gewissen Blake Lemoine, der einfach keine Lust mehr hatte.
